Here’s how it all works: you place an order, we process it, then we ship!
Ordering only takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days (orders begin processing the next business day). Then our shipping carrier takes it from there.
Currently, Hankets does not offer returns or exchanges on any products. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed. Upon arrival, if there are any damages to your item(s) or you do not receive the correct items, contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible to receive a return authorization. All damaged or incorrect orders must be shipped back within one week of receiving the return authorization from our team.
Not to worry! Be sure to subscribe on the product page to be the notified when it has been restocked!.
We now have the option to shop in the currency of your preference on our website. Simply go to the top right hand side of the screen, and choose your currency! You can now shop in USD, CAD, AUD, GBP and EUR.
